Our authentic food made fresh in house daily which includes our never frozen beef burgers, served in eco friendly packaging are always served with a smile. Our business strives to engage our community not only through our great service, but also to provide a great place for friends and family to gather for a meal, celebrate a special occasion or simply chat in a casual environment while listening to music as well as playing games creating long lasting memories.

Flip’N Your Burger restaurant will open its first location on May 20th, 2023 in downtown Toronto’s heart, 134 Bremner Blvd.  This is a new burger restaurant that offers customers social enrichment where customers can connect with others through gaming and music while enjoying their freshly made meals.

Awareness of The Restaurant and Brand
The main problem identified for Flip’N Your Burger restaurant is to tackle the awareness of the brand.  It’s a new restaurant where it’s not well known to the community and what they have to offer.  Flip’N Your Lid Burger is a new restaurant where customers can enjoy a delicious meal, socialize, connect with others and have fun all under one roof.​​​​​​​
How To Solve The Problem

The way to solve this problem is creating a multi platform campaign that focuses on bringing customers to the brand, to the restaurant and showing them the restaurant exists.
Competitive Advantage

The advantage is that the restaurant is located in high traffic area which is located on Bremner Boulevard near sports arenas.  As well as having multi platform campaigns located in high traffic areas that will attract the audience’s attention to the restaurant, increase the awareness of the brand, increase the revenue and shows what the restaurant has to offer.
Creative Campaigns
Experiential Campaign, Digital Campaign and Print Campaign

Experiential Campaign

This slide on the presentation has an image on the right showcasing where the experiential campaign will be located and how it will look like where there will be a food truck with the logo on it. The employees will wear the attire that the company provided them while they server freshly made meals and there is a game trailer next to the food truck which this experiential campaign will be located at Dundas Square.
Having a pop up event using a food truck with a game trailer in a busy area at Dundas Square to attract their target audience will help brand the campaign, boost the awareness to Flip’N Your Lid Burger restaurant and increase its revenue.
Digital Campaign

This slide on the presentation has an image of what the social media advertisement for the brand where in the image it's an advertisement of a contest where someone can win two $100 gift cards for games and four free combo meal coupons.  It shows the two $100 gift cards on the left side of the advertisement and four combo meal coupons on the right side of the advertisement where it shows the freshly made meals in the company's packaging in the coupons.  The background on the image is showcasing a youth having fun when playing a game with friends at the restaurant and the Flip'N Your Lid Burger logo is located at the bottom of the advertisement.  On the post under the Flip'N Your Lid Burger profile on the post is the location of the restaurant.
By posting a contest on social media platforms such as on Instagram for their customers to win prizes will also help boost awareness and increase revenue to the restaurant.  It shows the location of the restaurant on the Instagram post so that the customers know the location of the restaurant.  The image on the post shows a youth having fun when playing a game with friends at the restaurant evoking a friendly and casual environment.​​​​​​​
The restaurant’s contests will be posted once a month, therefore one winner each month, to engage and interest their customers to go to the restaurant to enjoy what Flip’N Your Lid Burger has to offer.
Print Campaign

Having billboard ads placed in high traffic areas in the city around the restaurant will help make the brand and the restaurant be more well known as well as increase its revenue.​​​​​​​
Having billboards in the Underground Path in Toronto, in subways, at a bus shelter, in a subway station at Yonge Street, near sports arenas like in front of the Scotiabank arena on Bremner Boulevard and at the parking lot by the intersection on Front Street West and Spadina Avenue near the Roger Center.
 Summary

Overall through my research, my thoughts and my creative ideas is helpful on how to bring brand awareness to Flip’N Your Lid Burger restaurant through the use of pop up events, contests posted on social media platforms and printed billboards.  Having them in high traffic areas as well as having the brand campaign evoke a fun, friendly and casual environment and what the restaurant has to offer will solve the brand awareness problem as well as help the brand campaign for the Flip’N Your Lid Burger restaurant to be successful.
This slide on the presentation is the last slide that has the words thank you in a black colour which this slide is before the reference slide.
During this project for my Branding 2 class, I had to figure out how to do a brand campaign for my Flip'N Your Lid Burger brand and where will it be located too. While I was doing some research of who are the competitors for my brand, what the target audience is and what is the competitive advantage for my brand. Once I figured that out I then started designing what the experiential design will look like, what the digital campaign will look like and what the print campaign will look like for my brand. The experiential campaign I decided to have it located at Dundas Square where there will be a food truck that will server freshly made meals and a game trailer next to the food truck where people can enjoy their meals while they play video games at the same time while connecting with others. For the digital campaign I decided to create a social media advertisement for the brand where people have the chance to win gift cards for games and four free combo meal coupons at the diner which this way can reach a variety of people that are on social media most of the time where they will see this advertisement. Also for the print advertisement I designed it where it showcases the atmosphere of what it's like to be at the Flip'N Your Lid Burger diner and how the food is served at the diner. Where I have the advertisements in the images is where a lot of people will see them like in the underground pathway, by the soctiabank arena, at bus shelters and by the Roger Centre. By doing these for my brand campaign will help my brand to be successful where it will attract the target audiences attention and the brand will be more well known too.
